Sania Mirza passed her SSC examination with first division achieving 63% marks from the school of Nasr Khairatabad. Then Sania entered in St. Mary’s College, Yousufguda, Hyderabad India.
Training as a Tennis Player :
Sania began playing tennis at the age of six and the Club of Nizam of Hyderabad. She was initially trained by the CK Bhupati father of Mahesh Bhupati, called the legend Indian tennis player.

Career of Sania Mirza:
Saniya Mirza began playing tennis in international tournaments since 1999, when she was first represented India in the World Junior Championship, Jakarta.
After that Sania went to take part in the Asian Games in the year with Paes winning a bronze medal. Once more she made India proud when Sania appeared girls doubles in the final of the junior Wimbledon tennis tournament with Russian Tennis Player Alisa Kleybanova and won the Grand Slam.

Sania Mirza is the present Indian number 1 tennis player both singles and doubles and occupied this position since 2003. Saniya Mirza began her professional career in 2003 and she received Arjuna in 1994 for her outstanding career.
Sania Mirza became the only native woman in the history of India Lawn Tennis games, obtain and record a win in a grand slam tournament when she reached the fourth round of U.S. Open in 1995.

Sania Mirza reached the quarterfinals of the doubles in the Australian Open 2013 with her partner Bob Bryan. Saniya Mirza lost against Japanese Nakamura by 6-3, 6-2 in Melbourne, January 18.
